As a licensed Realtor, Russell has developed and sold numerous single-family residences. He has also invested in several multi-family projects, eventually leading to his current dedication to the self-storage industry.
Before beginning his career in real estate, Russell earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Excelsior College in New York and his Graduate Degree in Chiropractic from the New York Chiropractic College and has been a practicing Chiropractor for 23 years. He owned and operated multiple multi-million dollar practices throughout his career. Russell is fluent in English and Russian, enjoys travel, fast cars, motorcycles, and spending time with his wife, two daughters, and two four-legged friends.
David earned his undergraduate degree in Business from Brooklyn College. He routinely supports local religious organizations and uses his expertise to help others solve problems and build stronger financial futures.
When he’s not cheering on his two sons at their baseball games, David enjoys traveling and spending quality time with friends and family
Thaddeus Campbell is the Director of Business Development for Safe Storage Investors
and Safe Storage USA. Before Safe Storage Investors, he served as the CEO of Shovel
Ready Storage, doing over $11M in transactions of Self Storage Development projects
between August of 2021 and January of December of 2024.
He has been an entrepreneur since he left his last W-2 job in 2001. He ran one of the
most successful Mixed Martial Arts schools in the country. He learned business directly
from Tiger Schulmann, a renowned Martial Arts teacher and owner of the largest Martial
Arts franchise in the country.
He holds a BA from Tufts University Cum Laude and an MS from The Newhouse School
of Public Communications at Syracuse University. He began in real estate full time in
2017 and hasn’t looked back.
